We left Friday evening of last week in order to return Allison to her family. We didn't really want to have to give her back, but we knew we couldn't keep her forever. While we were up there, my parents watched the kids for us on Saturday all day so that Allen and I could have a date. We went to the Chicago Science and Industry museum. We bought a membership last year, and Allen still hadn't been able to go. Plus we really needed some time just the two of us!While at Nanny and Bumpa's Hannah loved playing dress up

My cousins, Carrie and Paula, came over on Saturday to play with the kids and then came over for breakfast on Sunday to see Allen and me. This is Paula taking Joseph for a spin.....or is it Joseph taking Paula for a spin?!

Thank you mom and dad for being such a blessing to us. Our kids are sure blessed to have two sets of the greatest and most helpful grandparents ever!
