Yahoo! I am so proud of myself. I actually got homework done and baths in before Allen got home from work so we could fit in a fun Christmas activity :)
I bought just a kit...nothing fancy for sure. But they thought it was so much fun. I think they ate half of the candy, but I think that is part of the fun too :)

AW! It turned out adorable! I actually bought a kit this year too... but when I opened up the package it was in a million pieces!!! All I could do was laugh. There was NO way I was driving back out in the 20ft of snow to go exchange it so we kind of slapped it together. It turned out looking like a frosted little rectangle. Connor didn't care, though! We frosted it and slapped candy all over it-- it definitely wasn't in the running for any awards, that's for sure! Yours looks AMAZING compared to ours, LOL!! You'd totally die of laughter if I posted a picture of mine. : )
Yet despite its sorry state, ours has a place of honor on top of our fireplace.
Gotta love Christmas! : )
Awww Deb...you are such a good sport. I am afraid I would have cried and not laughed. I think that is awesome that you still put it together! What a memory :) I would LOVE to see it!!!
Heehee Monica, be careful what you wish for...
I may take a picture of it, just for you... if I can get up the nerve!

I want to see Deb's too :)!!! You are a good sport, Deb! I am too OCD to be able to handle things like that.
Monica, it looks like you had enough candy anyway :) What a cool thing to do with the kids!
